This a long A-line stye dress. The sizing is free-fits most sizes- so it says.
We have tried the dress on. It is our opinion that it will fit a 14, no more than a 16, depending on the bust size. I wear a med to large, size 10 to 12. The dress is a little big on me.

 I personally don't feel the color goes against it.
This skirt is call size free, which means it fits several sizes.
We have checked it out. It will fiit Size 12 to 16
It measures 30" in the waist and it will stretch to 44 inches.
