RETURNS--No returns accepted without an authorization number.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition.

Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

10% restocking charge will be applied on returns. All items must be complete and in original condition.  NOT WORN.

Sale merchandise and discounted merchandise, sales are final no returns

 The Batty Hatty does not pay for return postage, unless we have made the mistake.

A WORD ABOUT SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Some things we cannot control. Cost of shipping and handling. Handling applies to the charges that credit card companies apply. SHIPPING- We will adjust shipping when we see that we can save you money.

CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION (THE BIGGY) this causes me more headaches. Websites are packaged sites with rules you cannot change. A pre-authorization will show up on your credit cards. THIS IS NOT A CHARGE. It is there to assure us that the card is good for the amount. If for some reason, I must change your order amount, even to reduce your shipping, the pre-authorization becomes VOID and another charge is issued. You have not been charged twice by us. The pre-authorization will go away, if you will give the credit card company time to complete the transaction.

WE DO NOT BACK ORDER. Some items - when out of stock - will be marked off the packing slip that is packed with your order. This is a packing slip only, not a final bill.  Any item that is marked out and states out of stock will be taken off your final bill at billing.

We will occasionally hold orders for a few days when we know that the item requested is on order by us and will be in the store in a matter of days.
