We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. The Batty Hatty does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Returns

All sales on sale items are final. All other items maybe returned as purchased without being worn. In order to return an item, you must call for a return number, and then return the product within 7 days of receiving it. 

You do not need a PayPal account to order from the Batty Hatty. Simply follow instructions to CHOOSE A WAY TO PAY. Go to "don't have a PayPal account, simply put your credit card information in same as you would on any site. It will be processed the same.
